This unnamed Klingon soldier served under Commander Kor when he was named governor of Organia during the Klingon Empire's occupation of the planet during the brief Federation-Klingon War of 2267, a conflict that ended three days later with the imposition of the Organian Peace Treaty on both the Empire and the United Federation of Planets by the Organian Council of Elders. The soldier attempted to provoke a fight with Captain Kirk and Commander Spock — disguised as the Organian "Baroner" and a Vulcan trader, respectively. When Spock apologized, claiming not to have seen him, the soldier replied to "keep your eyes open, or I'll shut them permanently."[1]
