United States Air Force Lieutenant Colonel Fellini was a senior officer in the Air Police, and was assigned to the 498th Air Base Wing at Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska in 1969. When the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 accidentally traveled back in time to July 1969, Starfleet Captain James T. Kirk was captured while infiltrating the base to eliminate evidence of the ship's existence, and was interrogated by Fellini. He was rendered unconscious by Kirk when an Enterprise landing party arrived to free the captain.[1]
