A carbon planet, discovered in the Gamma Quadrant in 2383 during a joint exploratory mission by the Romulan Warbird Eletrix and the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-E, resembled terrestrial planets in many ways. The planet possessed an iron core, and a mantle of titanium carbide and silicon carbide. Its atmosphere, unbreathable by humanoid standards, was mostly methane, with a notable percentage of carbon monoxide.[2]
