The Federation Starship Richelieu, a Constitution class cruiser, was constructed to Mark III specifications and commissioned on Reference Stardate 2/0702 (February 2207). On Reference Stardate 2/1303 (March 2213), the Richelieu was refit to Mark IV specifications, and was still in active service as of Reference Stardate 2/2306 (June 2223).[1]
