The Emergency Medical Hologram aboard the Noble class U.S.S. Khitomer NCC-66613, a Mark VI version of the program, held the rank of Lieutenant Commander. He was activated during the invasion of the Pollux system by the Borg in 2409. When he lost contact with Commander Davis on the bridge, the EMH contacted a nearby Starfleet vessel for assistance.[1]
