Hacom was an associate of Reger and Tamar. He was present when Captain Kirk and a landing party from the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 arrived on Beta III, and quickly determined that they were not "of the Body." He summoned the Lawgivers as soon as Festival had finished, turning the group over to be absorbed by Landru. When Tamar made a careless joke, Hacom had the Lawgivers kill him.[1]
