Captain Harris was the commanding officer of the U.S.S. Excalibur NCC-1664 in 2268. On Stardate 4731.3, was killed during testing of the M-5 computer, when the computer fired the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701's weapons at full power during a war gaming exercise.[1]
