Lieutenant Torlanta, a Romulan female, served as a pilot aboard the Warbird Dekkona during a joint mission with the Breen to steal quantum slipstream drive technology from Utopia Planitia shipyards in 2382. Torlanta later served under Commander Orventa T'Jul aboard the Warbird Eletrix, and piloted the Shuttlecraft Vexia during a joint exploration mission to the Gamma Quadrant with the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-E in 2383.[1] Torlanta was killed when the Eletrix self-destructed in the Bajoran system.[2]
