Tzelnira (First Splinter)

The Tzelnira was the governing body of the Tzenkethi Coalition, which advised the Autarch. Members of the Tzelnira in 2383 included Aztral Tzel Tov-B, Vonar Tzel Tov-A, and Zeleer Tzel Tov-A.[1]
