Enterprise NX-01 chief engineer Commander Charles "Trip" Tucker III and Captain Jonathan Archer used the Orbital 6 Inspection pod to view the exterior of the Enterprise prior to its launch in April 2151. At one point, Tucker's attention wavered and the pod drifted into the bottom of the saucer, where it scratched the paint.[1]
