Moralok (STO)

Moralok was a Commander in the Tal Shiar and the commanding officer of the Imperial Romulan Warbird Koval. Moralok was killed when the Koval was destroyed in combat against a Romulan Republic vessel at a Suliban Helix in 2409.[1]
