V201 Timeline
While attempting to use the Quantum Slipstream drive, Voyager crashed on an icy planet on the border of the Beta Quadrant, killing all aboard. Only Commander Chakotay and Ensign Harry Kim, who were aboard the Delta Flyer at the time, survived.[1]
