Loknar class[1]
The Federation Starship Rio de Janiero, a Loknar class frigate, was constructed to Mark II specifications and commissioned in February 2259. The Rio de Janiero was refit to Mark IV specifications in December 2271, then again in June 2277 to Mark V specifications.[2]
