Doctor Bishop, the chief medical officer on Starbase 261, was an acquaintance of Doctor Simon Tarses of the U.S.S. Aventine NCC-82602. She was able to quickly supply the ship with three different medications that could be used by the Tzenkethi as part of a compromise negotiated between the Typhon Pact and the Khitomer Accords nations in 2383.[1]
