Commander Marius, a Romulan male, commanded the I.R.W. Dekkona during a joint mission with the Breen to steal quantum slipstream drive technology from Utopia Planitia shipyards in 2382. He was removed from command during an investigation into the incident, which had been conducted at the behest of the Tal Shiar, under the auspices of Chairwoman Sela, without the knowledge of Praetor Gell Kamemor or Fleet Admiral Devix,[1] and later sentenced to a military prison.[2]
