Denison Morad, resentful of the Cardassian Union's fall after the Dominion War, crashed his ship into a Federation-provided industrial replicator on Cardassia Prime. Given an unexpectedly-light sentence of 100 days in the Hutet labor camp by Archon Makbar, who was secretly a member of the True Way, he was later recruited into that organization. In 2383, Morad and the True Way joined forces with the Tzenkethi Coalition - and by extension, the Typhon Pact - to create an artificial wormhole. Morad was killed aboard the Romulan Warbird Vetruvis when it was destroyed inside the wormhole.[1]
