Heldon, a Venetan woman, was as small as a Ferengi, with a rounded body and lustrous silver fur. She had ice-blue eyes and dark streaks in her fur that ran back from her brow and up her forehead, giving her a permanently quizzical and amused look. In 2383, she was chosen to speak on behalf of her people with a group of delegations from the Khitomer Accords powers.[ 1 ]
