Hiven was a [[Romulans (STO)|Romulan]] refugee who lived on [[Gasko Station (STO)|Gasko Station]] in [[2409 (STO)|2409]]. Hiven was arrested after speaking out when the [[Tal Shiar (STO)|Tal Shiar]] clandestinely took over the station. When Hiven escaped custody before he was to be executed, his brother, [[Lhaes (STO)|Lhaes]], was killed. Hiven was a Romulan refugee who lived on Gasko Station in 2409. Hiven was arrested after speaking out when the Tal Shiar clandestinely took over the station. When Hiven escaped custody before he was to be executed, his brother, Lhaes, was killed. Hiven swore revenge upon the Tal Shiar for his brother's murder, and joined the crew of a Romulan Republic vessel that was visiting the station, and whose crew had helped him to escape the Tal Shiar's custody.[1]
