The Runaway was a ground vehicle attached to the U.S.S. Protostar NX-76884. It seated four people, and featured accelerated ion propulsion, a tritanium chassis, holographic steering controls, and the holographic Kathryn Janeway's personal favorite, "hold on to your butts" grab handles.[1] The Runaway was destroyed when it was crushed by vines on a Class M planet in the Hirogen system.[2]
