Tzenkethi Merchant Fleet 9 (First Splinter)

Merchant Fleet 9 ferried chemicals from the Tzenkethi Coalition to bases in the Venette Convention, a move which nearly sparked a war between the Typhon Pact and the Khitomer Accords powers in 2383.[1]
