Kensington (STO)

Admiral Kensington was a senior flag officer stationed on Earth in 2256. After reviewing a report from Captain Thy'kir Shran regarding a Malachowski class vessel on a cadet training cruise that suffered the loss of its captain, Kensington made Shran's field promotion of the senior cadet to lieutenant official and granted command of the vessel to the new officer. She then served as a point of contact, giving future mission orders.[1]
