Amar Singh was an unscrupulous scientist who specialized in genetic engineering. In 2409, he conducted research on Augment programs with Klingon and Gorn subjects for House B'vat. Singh was arrested when the research lab he was working at on H'atoria was raided by Starfleet personnel.[1]
