Graymel (Columbia)

Interstellar power at odds with the Romulan Star Empire. While fighting a losing battle with a Romulan bird-of-prey, a Graymel scourge vessel unleashed an isolytic subspace weapon. The resulting fracture in the structure of space-time shredded the nearby world of Algeron III, visiting a horrible death on its millions of inhabitants.
