A small interstellar nation, the Venette Convention was located between the territories of the United Federation of Planets and the Tzenkethi Coalition. In 2383, a summit was held in the Venetan capital of Guwine between the Venetans and representatives of the Khitomer Accords powers over an agreement for the use of Venetan starbases by the Tzenkethi.
