- RSD 1/1703: Star Fleet Intelligence Command completes Operation Scipio, with the design and construction of a special prototype reconnaissance vessel. The ship, with a crew complement of three, is tested and achieves warp 3.84, the highest velocity to date. It will continue to see use until 2119.[1][2]
