Kaiyan (STO)

Kaiyan was the leader of a group of Suliban that had taken up residence in an abandoned Suliban Helix in the early 25th century. In 2409, the group took in a number of Romulan refugees. When the Helix came under attack by the Tal Shiar, Kaiyan agreed to transfer the Romulan refugees to the care of the Romulan Republic.[1]
