Loknar class^[1]

The Federation Starship Dallas, a Loknar class frigate, was constructed to Mark II specifications and commissioned in January 2261. The Dallas was refit to Mark IV specifications in August 2272, then again in October 2279 to Mark V specifications.^[2]
