Aztral Tzel Tov-B was a member of the Tzelnira, the Tzenkethi Coalition's governing body that advised the Autarch, in 2383. Pink-skinned and blue-eyed, Aztral had a well-deserved reputation for favoring military solutions over diplomacy.[1]
