Elizabeth Abney McCoy was the sister of Leonard McCoy, and the youngest of five children born to David[1] and Maureen McCoy.[2]

  1. While Star Trek II Biographies listed the elder McCoy's name as Robert Edward Lee McCoy, his name was given as David in Star Trek III: The Search for Spock. The name from the film has been retained for this entry.
