Ilka, a petite Ferengi female, served as the head of a diplomatic mission from the Ferengi Alliance to the Venette Convention in 2383. Middle-aged by Ferengi standards, with meticulously sharpened teeth, a higher than usual brow, and perhaps slightly small lobes, Ilka dressed more conservatively than the majority of Ferengi women, who opted for bright, almost garish colors with plenty of decoration.
