Nascence (First Splinter)

An expertly rendered copy of Dorin Zhagan's famed painting, Nascence, filled the ceiling of the Romulan Hall of State. It depicted a powerful raptor ascending from a dark wood and into the sky, where it soared above a pair of towering peaks.[1]
