Philip Crey was an ensign in Starfleet in 2409. He was described as "a fellow temporal agent" by Temporal Agent Daniels. Working with Daniels, Crey helped to develop new cover identities for temporally-displaced officers who were also recruited as temporal agents. ^[1]
