Following the incorporation of the United Federation of Planets by [[Earth]], [[Alpha Centauri IV|Alpha Centauri]], [[Vulcan]], [[Andoria]], and [[Tellar Prime]]<ref name="ENT70"/> on [[2161#August|12 August 2161]],<ref name="ST07"/> Starfleet Command was formally established.
