Larson class[1]
The Federation Starship Balaklava was a Larson class destroyer. Constructed to Mark II specifications and commissioned in May 2256, the Balaklava was refit to the Larson class Mark VI specifications in July 2268; in October 2273, the Balaklava was given a final refit to the Mark VII configuration. By June 2281, the Balaklava was still in active service.[1]
