Oberth class[1]
The Federation Starship Fermi, an Oberth class vessel, was commissioned in June 2344.[2]
Note
Named for the Human scientist. Although the "Star Trek: The Next Generation Officer's Manual" lists the Fermi as a Sagan class vessel, this designation was superseded by the Oberth class name.
