- The "Black Death" begins in Europe on Earth, an outbreak of bubonic plague that kills one-third of the continent's population over the course of a decade.[2]

- RSD -7/0101 (January):[3] The first publication of the Orion Registry lists all colonies and relevant economic data. The Orion population is now only 31.05 billion on 507 worlds and declining.[4] The Reverse has ended.[5]
