The Kahn[1] symbiont had seven hosts by the early 25th century. In the 2370s, its sixth host was Lenara Kahn. By 2409, its seventh host was Damar Kahn.[2]

- ↑ When the mission "Heading Out" was revised, Kahn's name was misspelled as "Kane" on several occasions in new dialogue text, but the original mission text and dialogue recordings make it clear that Damar was the current host of the Kahn symbiont, first seen in host Lenara Kahn in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "Indiscretions." The incorrect spelling has been disregarded for this entry.
