Ensign Rizzo attended Starfleet Academy with Ensign Garrovick, and the two were assigned to security aboard the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 in 2268. On Stardate 3619.2, he was killed during a mining survey on Argus X by the dikironium cloud creature.[1]
