Sioux class (SFC)
The Hydran Kingdoms' Sioux class new command cruiser was a modified Cheyenne class new heavy cruiser, itself a variant of the Lancer class destroyer. The class featured improved phasers as well as additional command facilities, which greatly improved cruiser squadron coordination. Commissioned in 2300, the Sioux class featured a crew complement of 460, a capacity of eight shuttlecraft, and was equipped with four science labs, two transporters, and three tractor beam emitters. The class carried two squadrons of three Stinger class fighters, was armed with three hellbore weapons, three fusion beam emitters, four banks of Type-1 phasers, and two banks of Type-G Gatling phasers.[1]
