Lieutenant Ottessa Warren[1] was a Starfleet officer in the command division, assigned to the U.S.S. Oakland. On Stardate 57752.6, Warren was part of a team that accompanied Captain Amina Ramsey, who took temporary command of the U.S.S. Cerritos NCC-75567 during a second contact mission with Khwopa.[2]
