Babel was a neutral rogue planetoid. It featured facilities used for diplomatic purposes by the United Federation of Planets and other powers. It had three moons: Zion, Ba, and Ruim.[1] Babel was the site of talks that led to the formation of the Coalition of Planets in 2155,[2] as well as when a referendum was held to consider admitting Coridan as a member of the Federation.[3]
