Myriad Universes: Starbase 4
Starbase 4 was commanded by Commander Jose Dominguez in 2266.[1] In 2268, the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 ferried the survivors of the Starnes Expedition—all children—to Starbase 4.[2]
