Sarah April was the chief medical officer aboard the Constitution class U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701[1] from 2188 through 2195.[2] She was married to her commanding officer, Captain Robert April; when he was offered a promotion to commodore, she left the ship as well.[1]

Sarah April (née Poole)[3] was the chief medical officer aboard the Constitution class U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701[1] from 2245 through 2250. While serving aboard the Enterprise, she fell in love with and married her commanding officer, Captain Robert April.[3] When he was offered a promotion to commodore,[1] he accepted, expressing a desire to return to Earth and start a family.[3]
