Myriad Universes: Starbase 200
The U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 was slated to travel to Starbase 200 after completing the survey of Lazarus' planet on Stardate 3087.6, but inexplicable moments of "nonexistence" originating on the planet delayed the ship's departure until the mystery was solved.[1]
