The Federation Starship Horatio, an Ambassador class vessel commanded by Captain Walker Keel, was destroyed on SD41776.1 near planet Dytallix B, presumably by the ship's first officer, whom Keel had believed had been taken over by the blue gill parasites during their attempt to infiltrate Starfleet Command.[1]
