The Federation Starship London, a Loknar class frigate, was commissioned on Reference Stardate 1/9801 (January 2198). The London was refit to Mark IV specifications on Reference Stardate 2/1312 (December 2213), then again on Reference Stardate 2/1810 (October 2218) to Mark V specifications.[1]
