Tula was the daughter of Reger. She and Bilar greeted Captain Kirk and a landing party from the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 when they came to Beta III on Stardate 3156.2. Shortly after, the Red Hour struck, and the Betans went wild under the influence of Landru. During the event, which the Betans called "festival," Tula was apparently raped by Bilar. The following morning, a distressed Tula returned to her father's house, where Kirk and the Enterprise crew had stayed.[1]
