Sivak, who had passed the two-century mark several years prior to 2383, had served as part of President Nanietta Bacco's staff since her days as governor of Cestus III. Often irreverent to the point of insolence - surprisingly so for a full-blooded Vulcan - he kept her affairs organized and her office running smoothly.[1]
