Ensign Leslie[1] was assigned to the Operations Division aboard the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 in 2267. On Stardate 3619.2, he was killed during a mining survey on Argus X by the dikironium cloud creature, which drained all of the hemoglobin from his blood.[2]

Notes and References

  1. Ensign Leslie was explicitly referred to by name in the episode, but cannot be the same character as Lieutenant Leslie, also played by Eddie Paskey, who not only held a different rank, but appeared in multiple episodes following Ens. Leslie's death in "Obsession." One can only speculate as to why two men with the same name held similar jobs on the same ship. Perhaps they were related?
