The Federation Starship Invincible was a Miranda class vessel; in April 2277, the Invincible underwent a major refit.[3]
Although the "Federation Ship Recognition Manual"[3] listed the pre- and post-refit Invincible as Anton and Reliant classes, respectively, the class name was later established on film and in other media as Miranda class.
